This motorhome is in good used condition. When we bought it 5 years ago it had all new tires and a new roof. It has air ride and it rides so smooth that we never clean the counters off when we travel down the road. Everything rides just fine. The hydraulic levelers are a dream come true, so easy to level and set up. The front air conditioner has a heat pump in it, but there is a furnace also. We love the free standing dinette so much more than a booth. When we have company stop by, we can pull the kitchen chairs out from the table and have a couple of extra seats. We have done that more than once. We bought another Dutch Star because we are so pleased with the craftsmanship these coaches have. If we hadn't bought another motorhome, we would have taken this one on the road again. We have had no problems with it at all and totally trust it. The only reason we bought another coach is because we wanted a slide in the bedroom, too and this coach has only one large slide. However, this coach has a whole lot more storage inside than the one we replaced it with, especially in the bedroom. The only thing I can think of that is wrong with it is the fact that it needs a switch for the fantastic fan in the kitchen. The one in the bathroom works fine, though. And I love having a washer and a dryer because I ruined a big bunch of clothes washing them at a laundry mat. I do laundry every couple of days and it works out fine. We put a washer and a dryer in the other coach we bought, too. We had a brand new water heater installed just before we came home from the Valley in this coach, so it has been barely used at all. I don't know if you are familiar with Newmar or not, but we sure are happy with that brand. We also have the bra for the front end to keep bugs off, and the privacy screen for the windshield. It sits on a freightliner chassis and the motor is a Caterpillar 300. One convenience we really like is that you can refuel from either side of the coach.
