Note: they have not completely finished moving out as I write this and some things are a bit of a mess but do come by and size up the potential.
Therefore I am offering 1 or more plain rooms to a single employed individual male or female,
preferably long term; calm, sober seniors.

There is a pretty huge back yard (doggos n cats) all of which is fenced in.
lots of storage in the clean, fairly large basement.
Not sure if they're going to take the w/d, if they do the w/d be replaced as soon as possible. So there will be a w/d.

no big dogs please <-- lets talk about how "big is big". Any waste in the yard must be cleaned so as to not be underfoot.
yes cats <-- there were cats here.
absolutely no drugs, no cigarettes <-- cannabis friendly, any smoke is done outside.
no heavy drinkers <-- for example I myself have an occasional beer and very little hard stuff, if at all.
