I only need the grass cut to keep the property in compliance with city requirements.
What I need:
* Mow the front
* No edging required.
* No trimming required.
* No blowing off sidewalks or driveway.
* Bring your own mower and equipment.
The property is vacant, so scheduling is flexible. I'll likely need it mowed about once a month, or as needed depending on grass growth.
Requirements:
* Reliable and able to show up when scheduled.
* Text me a few before-and-after photos after each mow.
* Payment sent electronically after the work is completed and photos are received.
