MUST HAVE CLEANING EXPIERENCE
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper or cleaning team to manage the turnovers for our 12-unit Airbnb building in Springfield. All units are 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom. All units located in the same building, making for efficient transitions between cleans.
The Workload:
Volume: Approximately 20 cleanings per week across the building.
Timing: Cleanings must be completed during the turnover window (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM) to ensure the units are ready for the next guest.
Laundry: All linens and towels must be laundered onsite. We have 5 sets of washers and dryers available in the building for your exclusive use during cleaning hours.
Responsibilities:
Full turnover cleaning of 2BR/1BA units (kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, and living areas).
Stripping beds and washing/drying/remaking linens and towels using onsite machines.
Restocking guest amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).
Performing a final walkthrough to ensure the unit meets "guest-ready" standards.
Requirements:
Reliability is a must: You must have dependable transportation and the ability to work within the 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM window.
Availability: Must be available for scheduled cleans 7 days a week (cleanings are based on guest checkout dates).
Attention to Detail: Experience in hospitality or short-term rental cleaning is preferred but not required.
Consistency: Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all 12 units.
