8x12 solid wood shed - $1,800 (Springfield)

I am selling my 8x12 shed for $1800. I paid like 5 or 6 grand I think initially but the prices have gone up significantly at most places. It's one of those Amish made wood sheds. It's solid, in good shape and already professionally wired for electric. I'm trying to regain some space in my yard and it's really only been used as additional storage for my ex husband's things so it won't be needed anymore.

My ex (not the best carpenter) added a door to one side which you'll want to replace with a better looking door I'd imagine but it has a big barn door on the other side that came with it. The boards below were added to keep weather and animals from getting underneath so those can be removed if need be and the screened cut out in the barn door was used to allow air flow as well as place an air conditioner during the spring/summer months.
