These are only buildings on sale offered as a delivery only up to 100 miles from Lincoln Illinois, 10% down gets a scheduled day reservation of delivery
Delivery time is 7am, U pick day. Place order in person so U can look at our models, we usually have 3 or 4 to look at, rest is due upon our arrival with Ur new building. Some are already built & on trailers ready for immediate delivery, if U dont want to drive here we can do a video walk through & or email U a video walk through . In which case venmo, Walmart, or pay pal could be use for down payment, other than that, all other payments are cash only, we do not finance. On bigger buildings & or all other sizes / styles are built on site only, usually in 2 mornings of work we will get it built, in rare cases on small ones we can do in 1 day.

I will ( call ) U when I am in customer relations mode, I do all my advertising, selling, purchasing, & building. Im 61 & do not usually answer my phone, I am usually busy doing all the things I just mentioned. Unless U are psychic, lol
This is 1 of the few things I just cant do, that & we dont have a inside accommodations when & if U make a appointment at our house to look at the models/delivery sheds. In my opinion, a great trade off for $1000 or several 1000s off any competitors sheds built as good as we build them. We as in My 1 helper & me.
Our built on site sheds have treated floor joists 1foot on center ran perpendicular to treated skids. Then 2 layers of flooring staggered, top layer is 5/8 plywood & bottom is treated osb.
Making flooring 1 inch thick, 50 year siding, doors are double, double door header, Double door studs, & double top load bearing plates, all 100% treated . 4 hinges per door, & each shed has my 47 years experience in it. 5 year warranty on workmanship & materials on all built on site sheds.
